Cookie Policy

What is stored in your browser when you visit huntmelinks.com, who sets it, and what it is used for. This policy covers this website only; our creator platform is governed by its own cookie policy.

Cookies we need

WordPress and our caching layer set a small number of functional cookies so the site loads correctly and so an administrator stays signed in. If you are not signed in to the site as an administrator, these do not identify you and are not used to track you.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how people arrive. It sets cookies in your browser holding a randomly generated identifier so that repeat visits can be counted as one person rather than several. We do not use it to identify you by name, and we do not upload customer data to it.

Google processes this data as our provider and under its own terms. IP addresses are handled by Google’s own anonymisation.

Affiliate tracking

We use Skimlinks. It identifies commercial links on our pages and, where a merchant runs an affiliate programme, routes them so a resulting sale can be credited to us. Following such a link may set a cookie belonging to Skimlinks, the merchant, or the affiliate network handling that programme.

Those cookies record that a visit came from this site so commission can be attributed. They are set and read by those companies under their own policies, not by us, and we receive no personal information from them. Our affiliate disclosure explains the commercial arrangement.

What we do not do

No advertising or retargeting cookies. No social media pixels. No session recording or heat mapping. We do not sell data collected through cookies, and we do not combine analytics data with anything you send us by email.

Controlling cookies

Your browser can block or delete cookies for this site. Blocking the functional cookies may stop parts of the site working. Blocking analytics or affiliate cookies has no effect on what you can read here; it means we cannot count your visit, and a purchase you make after following a link will not be credited to us.

Analytics and affiliate cookies are not strictly necessary, and we are in the process of adding a consent banner so visitors in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area can accept or decline them before they load. Until that is live, you can block them in your browser using the controls above.
